Tube Shortage

To our valued customers across Australia and New Zealand:

Due to the surge in demand for vacuum tubes since the announcement from Russia to ban the export of some 200 products till the end of the calendar year (which includes our brands of vacuum tubes), we have been hit by inventory impacts. As a result of cancelled orders and back orders, we are also witnessing a rise in prices of the limited stock available.

The AmpTubes team are currently reviewing the impacts and will unfortunately have to adjust prices accordingly until a time of stability in the supply chain. We thank you all for your understanding in these times and hope we can continue to support all of you during these turbulent times.

What Is The AmpTubes Return Policy?

Sometime with electronics, its an unfortunate circumstance when things don’t work on arrival. For products purchased, we will accept returns if faulty within 30 days from date of receipt. Goods can be returned to AmpTubes and an online store credit will be applied to cover the return postage. New parts will be shipped at no cost to you. Unfortunately for change of mind returns, items cannot be returned.If you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped, please contact us at support@amptubes.com.au. A cancellation fee of 5% will be applied to the total order value.

How Can I Request A Return?
You can email support@amptubes.com.au with your order number and email address with which you placed the order. Please let us know the product and what is wrong with it.
How Long Will It Take To Receive A Replacement
Sometimes returns can take a little while to get back to us, so please allow up to 14 days for processing of the return from the time you send the product back. We’ll be cracking to get you a replacement or store credit on your account as soon as the product is back in our hands.
