What are the delivery charges for orders from

Delivery is set at $12 Express Postage – Of course with orders over $200 – you automatically qualify for FREE shipping. What better way then to get shopping with our competitive prices.

Which payment methods are accepted with accepts all major credit cards and Paypal payments. Unfortunately direct bank transfer is not possible at this time.

How secure is shopping with Is my data protected?

We take security very seriously and only established interfaces to conduct transactions. Also AmpTubes does not store any of you Credit or Debit cards details so there is no risk. It just means you will have to enter the details each time you make a purchase.

What exactly happens after ordering?

Once you have placed an order and made payment, you will receive confirmation via email that the order is being processed. Further to that once the purchase is dispatched you will receive a tracking number for Australia Post. If you don’t receive an email, please get in touch with our support team. Be sure to check your spam folder first!

How long will delivery take?

Orders delivered within Australia take between 2-4 working days and are delivered via Australia Post. You can check the status of your account section or visit the Australia Post website and enter the tracking number that we sent you via email. Where items are in backorder, this process can be anywhere from 2-4 weeks depending on supplier/s availability, courier services and processing of final payment/s. All orders are shipped from our storage locations in Brisbane, QLD.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Yes. You will be sent a Tax Invoice with your order.

How Do I Get Discounts When I Shop Online?

Can I place BackOrders?

Yes. BackOrders are possible but require either full payment or 50% deposit. Please contact us to assist with any backorder of stock at

Can I Obtain a Store Line of Credit?

Unfortunately this cannot be accommodated. All orders where goods are in stock must be paid for in full.

How is power tube matching performed?

The matching is provided by our supplier, and we also test tubes using a Maximatcher. This provides us with the ip (current) and Gm (transconductance) values for each set of matched tubes.
